So It looks to have solved the datagram issue. Now the only thing remaining at this moment is the packet loss but that's on my network hardware itself. A stack of network switches has a firmware bug causing ping spikes so I have to fix that but the program issues are finally resolved.

If you want to keep it closed loop but prevent it from being used as sales which might get the other company to do something, I can probably help fund the project.
try restarting the server. Also can you watch and post here what teaspeak does when it removes it from the server list? Run Teaspeak with minimal start
