It will for the future, the only way to fix your situation right now is to change your server IP. U can't do anything about being blacklisted if not blacklisting the blacklist domain on your computer, which all your friends should do and it's better if you pay 1,50€ and change your IP lol

Yes u don't get blocked, but now you're already blocked so it doesn't affect the IP, for unban yourself you gotta change the IP of the server
