Server Can't do anything on server

Hello,

today I installed teaspeak server with protocol for Tea*Speak, I connected and redeemed Server Admin Token, but i can't do anything. Im sending screens for better help.

I can't change slots, server name, server icon, add groups for players and more

Should anyone know what is the problem?

I updated to build 3 and now I can't change descriptions and create channels, what should I do now?

I want to change channel description and when I change it, it says "sql no modifications"

Sure you changed something?
When I'm using the TeaClient or YatQa everything works and the new channel description is showing
