How do i correctly close the server?

Since

teastart_autorestart.sh

there are only 2 options, start and attach. how do I correctly close the server, for example, to run the update script? am i supposed to attach the screen and run a close command? Currently, I'm using

kill -9 <screen pid>

but I think it's not the proper way to do that.

teastart.sh stop

but previously had started the server with

./teastart_autorestart.sh start

the

./teastart.sh stop

fails

Try this: killall -9 TeaSpeakServer (it works 300% for me!)

Go to htop, find TeaSpeak process and kill it.

The problem is that I can't found the process and still having the same message: "You already started you TeaSpeak server over teastart_autorestart.sh"

or check delete the file (tpid.pid)
