How can I configure the music but with port 10101? Isn't that the teaspeak query port? Where can I find a documentation on what query commands I can use to control the bot? Is there any >free< application or framework to adress that music bot?

No, I mean the thingy under port 30303. Is that supposed to be the port for the music bot configuration? I can't find any documentation on this anywhere.
