It is not related with protocol keys.
This is related with ts3 badges.
Check your yatqa permissions related with "badge" word.
I am not sure, but i think there is some permission to ignore this.
You can always try the forum search and see other kind of answers to the same problem.
It is impossible to "block" a blacklist.
You only can prevent / avoid a blacklist, it is not 100% effective.
Once the ip or dns gets blacklisted, you cant remove it from the blacklist (you always need a new ip / dns).
