Tea*Speak 3.2 and higher versions for Are you gonna do something special to Teaspeak? For versions 3.2 and higher ( without AAL )

Will all versions be able to access teaspeak without activation license ? I'm asking this

No, never.
You'll always need a protocol key to create unlimited servers / slots and connect using new Tea*Speak clients.
