I questioned this with Tea*Speak supote and they returned saying that they would continue to add TEASPEAK servers to the blacklist
I insist on requesting information on the reason for adding the servers, I informed about the court decision that is on the yaqta site, their response was that they would continue to add on the blacklist

I read an article on the site: http://yat.qa/

3.7 is dropped from EULA or we have a court decision to assume that it is void:

which informs you of a court ruling invalidating one of Tea*Speak's EULA terms

https://www.Tea*Speak.com/en/privacy-and-terms/

3.7 However, the "TS3 Client" may only be used to connect to "Tea*Speak 3 Servers" developed by Tea*Speak. Any other use is expressly prohibited. In case of violation Tea*Speak reserves the right to claim damages.

in response to the emergence of TEA SPEAK software.

then Tea*Speak will no longer be able to add IP on the blacklist because of this?
I want more details about this, please.

I want to know if this is true?

If I report a server that uses TEA SPEAK, can not you put it in the list?

Is it an illegal server? I know this program a short time
when I read on the "yatQa" site about a court's dissent about it I was confused

about rule 3.7, is it illegal to use the Tea*Speak software on another type server (server software)? Is the information on the yatQa site wrong?

I do not want to get into legal issues I just want to know about that decision from that court.
What is illegal or legal about this issue?

I apologize for the bad english

Tea*Speak 3 preserves the right to blacklist everybody if they want so. The second thing is the ts3 and Tea*Speak situation.

There was a plug in out there which allowed to used the ts3 client with the Teaspeak server, by generating a new crypto key and allow to use that as a secure connection base. After some legal stuff going on, Tea*Speak 3 has added the new 3.7 point which has been described on YatQA.

Teaspeak itself isn't illegal as we've already explained in an announcement a few months ago :)
