Pending Add group - error YaTQA

Does anyone know how to resolve this error?
It happens when I will add any groups to the client through YaTQA.

Due to the amount of error reports, this error has been fixed in 1.3.25-beta
Update your server and it should work (Server package should be out in around 10 min)
