Allow Tea*Speak 3.5+ Clients on 32-Slot TeaSpeak Server?

Hello,

I'm running a TeaSpeak server with 32 slots, and I heard that up to 32 slots are free and compatible with all Tea*Speak client versions, including 3.5 and above — without needing a license.

Can anyone confirm if this is true?
If yes, what do I need to configure to make sure clients using version 3.5+ can connect without issues?
