Completed avatar erro

many people from my server are complaining that they can not see the avatar of others, this problem I even saw
I do not know if there is a connection limit on the transfer port I am 380 people online and I am having this problem on multiple instances of the server

no error in TS side log , FT is correct and ts server was restarted

Well this seems like the image is not valid, like there is a bit missing and QT fails to display it.
Well this might lead to the general issue within the file transfer for "big" files which sometimes get closed, before the client realizes that everything had been written successfull.
