Pending blacklist

Taking blacklist is not a procedure performed by the teaspeak team, but in summary they have no way to review the blacklist, in which case I recommend changing the IP address to another one, but sooner or later it will end up taking blacklist again.

The best way to solve this problem is to recommend and start using the teaspeak client, since it is the software you are using.

Ahh! If you choose to migrate your IP address, disabling the weblist function in config.yml decreases the possibilities of a blacklist again.

Even with the weblist disabled they still gets blacklisted. The only solution would be blocking the entire IP addresses of TS* so they can't even ping the server and will think it's offline

Therefore, all hosters need to promote TeaClient.
