Web Client Can't create free teaspeak server

Hello, i test to create teaspeak server but i got any time this error : "Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten: Error: script isn't connected to server"
if u can help me thanks in advances

Downgrade the version of your teaspeak, in 1.2.22 not working.
If you have 1.2.22>Your Version, check your serveradmin and query password.
Try with telnet or yatqa
