Server CPU Usage

Hello, i just updated to latest version of TeaServer, ( 1.4.14 ), my CPU usage is insane on few virtual servers with 60people.
What could be wrong? shall i switch to Optimized ? https://repo.teaspeak.de/server/linux/ ?
Also i got random freezes, where if channel has 30,40 clients in it new client enters his voice client crashes.
Do i need to upgrade VPS?
Music Bots are off.
I tried reinstalling the server (VPS) tried reinstalling TeaSpeak, no backups imported still 90% usage.
Do i need to change server version maybe use older?
I will post full logs below

What else you need from logs?.

VPS Spec:
1.7GB RAM
CPU 1: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU @ 2.20GHz
NETWORK: 1gb up/1gb down
Virt: KVM

I just restarted it again CPU usage goes to 60%
Shall i setup autorestart everyday?

is something wrong there ?, try to delete your config.yml and re-configure it.

I have servers with more than 1.5k users and I don't even use 3vcpu.

I tried with fresh new config, also tried it tweaking, i reinstalled my ubuntu completley, just apt-get update ,ts right off the batch and now i have 40% usage, i had 40%, after 2 hours now i have 55% like it charges up slowly

I dunno, i will purchase better isolated vps, i think this is shared.

it can be a performance problem on your machine.
is a dedicated or a VM?

try to start the server through the screen -S teaspeak - ./teastart_autorestart.sh Ctrl + A ctrl + a + d

I've contacted my hosting provider, they said it was bug on their side, it's been resolved since no issues CPU stays at good 35% ;) thank you all!
