Completed Critical error in client version 1.1.0.0

Hello community
I wanted to install TeaSpeak client, but it says it has a critical error
It says:
Failed to load extensions: Error: The specified module could not be found.

Windows 10 64bit installing latest Teaspeak client version

so now i installed the 1.1.1
i wanted to connect to a teaspeak server (no matter ts3 server or teaspeak) without a delay a window pops up that shows us failing message
