Remove this permission: b_serverinstance_modify_querygroup
I had it removed, but the problem remained

Do not use the TS3 permission editor to modify permissions!
Yes I know. I'm through YaTQA
But all the same, the b_serverinstance_modify_querygroup parameter is disabled and it was not active

Yes, it has passed, but you can still make a copy of the query group of the administrator’s servers through the user's query

Also, I can’t understand why b_serverinstance_modify_querygroup by default was disabled but worked as active
After I activated it and deactivated everything became normal
Perhaps other permissions are also unclear whether they are included or not.

it doesn’t work, I tried turning this parameter on and off, but still, through the user's query, you can make a copy of the Server query admin group through Yatqa

When I make a copy of the Server query admin group
Type:
Template group - error no rights b_serverinstance_modify_templates
Normal group - creates no problem
Query group - error no rights b_serverinstance_modify_query
I checked on the new server different versions, the same thing, this bug needs to be fixed as soon as possible

Ahhh now I know what you mean, you're able to copy the template/query groups.
But you cant actually modify or give to anybody.
Well I looked even further and it seems there is no permission check for overwriting template/query groups via copy.
Luckely the method does not work and only ends in: Failed to execute sql command: 1/constraint failed (/home/wolverindev/TeaSpeak/TeaSpeak/server/src/Group.cpp:348)
Uff well this is critical.
I'll fix this asap as well in 1.3.25
