Server Download/Create config.yml without starting TeaSpeak itself

is there a possibility to create the default config.yml of the current build, without having to start the server ?

starting build 23-beta1 will creat it, yes, but thats not what i mean

Or how is it possible ?

I want to change ports and settings automaticly. The Problem is with new versions come new options.
Like i want to keep my changes to the config but get the new stuff as well.

So a clean/default config file would help me a lot. (Since i don't want to delete it and possibly kill my server everytime i update)

Or will the config be recreated correctly out of the database ?

Ahh well you could create somethign like a "minimal" config template:
Example:

voice:
  default_port: 9987
binding:
  file:
    port: 30303
  query:
    port: 10101

if i don't set new options, everything will be set to a default value ?

i want to automate my docker so that i can change options with docker starting options.
But for that i need a full config, without running the server.
