the server version is old and the version of your IOS Tea*Speak is newer than the server and Tea*Speak developers does not allow to connect to old servers with newest clients

you must use protocol key

then use default protocol key to allow all clients up to 32 slot
or if you want to expand this slots to more than 32 slot you need license . (simply buy from the guys on the forum . its about 25 Dollar)
