Server Error while uploading/deleting a file

Some users got an error while uploading a file on a Tea*Speak server: (Error while command handling (filesystem error: cannot remove all: Permission denied [./files/server_4/channel_2375/Pro Cycling Manager 2018.rar])!)

Can someone tell me how to solve it?

Well I guess you've once started your server with root and in another time with a non root Linux user.
Thats why the server isn't able to delete all files
Permission denied [./files/server_4/channel_2375/Pro Cycling Manager 2018.rar]

How is the solution? Should i delete the instance on root and open in on user or..?

change the ownership of your teaspeak folder by command chown to the desire user which you running your ts server
