Pending Error with web client : Failed to setup voice bridge

Formatted server and installed debian: now music bot work , i can connect to the server with Tea*Speak client cause i bought protocol key
but when i try to connect with web teaspeak client i can't enable microphone and speaker

"Error: Failed to setup voice bridge" do you have a firewall enabled?
As well you're not requiring buying a protocol key for TeaClient / TeaWeb

I tried with firewall disabled and with firewall enabled opening ports and default policy: accept
I have a question when i try to connect with teaweb i use that link:

with connect_address setted to my domain/ip
Maybe that link is just for the teaspeak official example server ?
Maybe there is web teaspeak client source and i have to configure my own apache with it so it will use my certificates?

I found the teaweb client in github and configured it with apache and ssl certificates still same problem
