Failed to setup a server - More than 10 instances?

Hello,

I'm trying to move from Tea*Speak server to TeaSpeak server but when I do all steps found in the link below, my client can't connect to server (using 3.1.10):

Okay. Let's add some more information

I'm now able to connect to 10/12 of my servers, but at 2 of them still stuck at handshake error. In order to connect at others 10 I just did the protocol_key.txt step, that allow me connect to 10 of my 12 servers. Why am I stuck in those 2? If I create an other one with a different port I'm still unable to login on it.

Exist any limitation on the amount of servers that I can start?

So, any reason to get handschake error at few servers? Also with force cookie to 0 still giving me that error
