That I have read and sorry for my ignorance but what ID should I put?

I do not want the IDs to be reused in any case and that option seems to ask for an ID so that the servers start generating from that ID but not so that the IDs are never reused.

PD: Sorry for my bad English, I do not know if I explained myself well.

I'm not really sure what you mean to be honest. But in general:
This option is ignorable for everybody. Its made for large server instances with over 65k created virtual servers.
Else you don't have to care about

I think I understood, only the IDs are reused when you reach ID 65000?
