Completed Invalid command. Protocol hacked?

Hello!
The user disconnects from the server with the message "Invalid command. Protocol hacked?"
Why is this happening?
He says there is no problem with other servers.
TS 3.1.10 (Windows)

You need to know, not all commands works on TeaSpeak.
