Pending invalid parameter V 1.4.22

Hi, I am using version 1.4.22 stable, but recently a suspicious person connects to our server and removes all users with invalid parameter bug
Of course, those that are versions 3.1.10 and below will crash
And those with higher versions stay on the server
I do not know what to do, please help

I updated the version to 1.5 eternity
But there is another problem, I said the problem in another ticket, but it is better to say it here

Disconnected from server (already member of channel)
But when I created it, all the members were removed from the server
Version I use: Last 1.5.0 beta

Also when the number of members exceeds 115:
Server has been shut down: Application crashed
I think the Crashed problem is related to VPS
CPU 1 core 3.60GHz
Ram 2 Gb
Net: Internet
The percentage of CPU consumption at the peak of congestion is 80%

I turned it off and the cpu percentage went down a bit
Do you think there may be a problem with RankSysetm crash?
I did not have such a problem on 1.4.22
