Completed Lags/pocket lost?

Hello,
So im providing small server for my friends, max 60 users at same time.
Since some time some of them are getting lags or something like that.
I improved codec audio but it didnt help a lot + celt mono has stupid icon
Im using server from OVH, small one 1 proc, 2 gb of ram.
Is that enough? Or should I improve it? Dunno what to do...
Cant check using resources at all.
Looking for some solution or help

But it was happening even before, update didnt help

Its better on Celt mono with max quality but they are still lagging.
Dont know what is happening if it is on side of TeaSpeak or OVH

Well, i have 1 server for friends, usualy 30 ppl, max 60
2 gb of ram, 1 core, chepeast ssd vps in OVH.
But we never had a problem, i only have rank bot, nothing else.

this version have sort of bug which cause increasing cpu usage somehow when i was monitoring the cpu usage
thats the cause of lag and packet loss

update to latest version
