We cant do anything more to run away from blacklist..
90% of the bans are from some stupid users that reported your server.

I advise you to remove the server from the Weblists
Edit Virtual Server->Misc->Enable reporting to server list

I believe nicknames do not help Tea*Speak on blacklist, because I use the nickname of the server on one of my clients on a machine and it was not for blacklist

Now the domain used in the cloudflare, they actually include the domain ip or the sub domain in the blacklist
