after 1minute your domain unblacklisted

Domain

with a blacklisted domain you cannot connect to any ip

and in reverse with blacklisted ip you cannot connect to it with any domain

in the past the blacklist were occuring only on IP

but the policies has been changed and seprated in two levels now

as i remember 2 years ago i had no issue with dns level blacklisting
