Server New server won't start

I get this error

[CRITICAL] GEN | You're database is already in use!

i have rebooted the server, same error
i trying to start the server with this command: ./teastart.sh start

the server is a virtual ubuntu 20.04, completely upgraded.

i have used this script to install the server with: https://forum.teaspeak.de/index.php?threads/teaspeak-server-install-script-updated.3010/

Stop the teaspeak process in use and start the server again

There is no server running

./teastart.sh status = No server running (tpid.pid is missing)

i have restarted my machine and tried to start teaspaek again with the created user via su command

I got the server up and running with use of another tutorials

**My TeaSpeak Install script needs to be installed as ROOT user, that was the problem for sure
Anyway, now the server it is running
