No Permissions For Screen Share

I just made a TeaSpeak server today and on the latest beta version, but screen sharing and broadcasting are not working. When anyone tries to do them (even the owner) it will say these two messages:
Insufficient client permissions. Failed on permission b_video_camera
Insufficient client permissions. Failed on permission b_video_screen

Then when I try to locate these permissions they are completely grayed out and unassigned. I am not quite sure on what to do. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

What was the issue (You may help other users with that )

The issue was that for some reason we didn't have the server operator even though we put in the admin key. We needed to download yatqa and give ourselves server operator.
