i have 100-200 people on my server on peak old version have the bug ore is this a bug ?

I have +-700 in 3 servers and no problems like that.
Like i said, i am using v1.4.8-beta9 in main server.
In my test servers, i have v1.4.11-beta1 but i do not have a lot of users so i can test.

Oh I'm sorry just saw this page.
So normally the server is able to hold over 200 users easily at once.

But whats about the CPU usage of your server?
May the CPU is too bad (But I highly doubt that)

On 8 core and 4ghz it's much if you have load 15-20%
you can look better your usage using : top -H in terminal

Well thats way mroe than needed
If this still happens often, may create a own thread because this is definitively not the right thread here.
But in general "packet resend failed" could also mean that the client just timed out
