1. I don't know what you mean? Can you explain your point a little bit more?
2. Yes you can connect with YatQA.
You can change the default query port in the config.yml (by default it should be 10101)
3. What do you exactly asking?

Well you mean that Tea*Speak could not blacklist your relationship server?
That's not 100% right. The Tea*Speak blacklist system is client-side and not serverside. If you install the Teaspeak server you're only freed of the annoying Tea*Speak license system

You have any firewall in front of your server ?

Hello,
@zyzz1989 You're running you TCP/Querry server on '0.0.0.0:10011'. Yould be able to connect via <youraddr>:10011 in YatQA.
If not could you please try to type 'telnet localhost 10011' in you server bash and find out if you're able to connect?
