Pending Problems with voice quality

Hello, I have users who complain about voice quality, cut sound and other problems related to sound.

With the version "1.3.20b" it works correctly, but I have tried the last version, and other intermediate versions and they have problems.

What can be, Is there any other complaint reported for this problem?

I'm having a hot idea where the voice shattering issue is caused by.
My local tests already showed an improvement!
Please test out TeaSpeakServer-1.3.22-beta12.
