Server Server flooding banned

<15:19:21> "xxx" adlı kullanıcı 10 dakika süresiyle " xxxx" from banned .Reason: (You're flooding too much). How do I turn this off when the server throws a ban on the flood?

Increase the "Points needed to block IP" server property
