How Can I Fix It?
I use TeaSpeak 1.3.25 for web panel.
This backup created on teaspeak 1.4.20 how can I fix it?

Why you're using TeaSpeak version 1.3.15?
PS: Snapshots are not backwards compatible.

Because I have a website and admin server query authority can be taken from that site. But in the latest versions, this admin server query authority cannot be given.
