May he has a bad Internet?
basically met "dropped (packet resend failed)"

Most often, the error coincides with the Internet break, but sometimes it is just a loss of connection and instant recovery (by auto-reconnect).

this problem I think fixed in +1.3.6 teaspeak
ask from your droped users it's their connection problem or it's your problem
and request from them to do this after droping:
run cmd.exe
ping yourip
They have already done it and nothing them from the same dropped (packet resend failed) in the normal Tea*Speak version did not crash this way

Hmm where do you have this information from? I've never said that as well the changelog dosnt mention this kind of problem.

this is my log! on Yatqa @WolverinDEV I covered the IPs for security
Well there is nothing really critical but in general the handle times are quite long. May conceder to use the optimized build, if you're not already doing so.

As well how many users are you hosting?

1) I don't have server hosted
2) in the average we are 27 players or 32 depends
3) Can you give me the version you said?
4) However, use Ubuntu 18.04 (Bionic Beaver) on 64bit
@WolverinDEV !
