Hi i got that problem
and my teaspeak backup broken with that:|
and when stop server and start it agian didnt work and agian i got that error

and all servers except port 9987 renamed and slots changed

Had you tried to restart the instance?
In general then all duplicate channel names will be removed.

Ever tried installing a new VPS server, another folder downloading everything again to see if it works?

Do the test, download the teaspeak all over again in a new folder and try to execute it to see if it works

Hmm already heard of this, but that's actually a totally random issue and never saw a system behind it which makes it easier to tiggle this issue :/
