Hi
I've 2 TeaSpeak different installations / dedicated machines.
One with 2 SinusBot (musicbot) inside.
Other without SinusBot.

The Ram ot the first machine, with the SinusBot musicbots inside the teaspeak server is always ascending.
The other teaspeak installation without SinusBot musicbots is completely stable.

I think this is the second thread i'm writting about this kind of problem.
This is the single ram consumption problem i've by the last months, no more problems than this one.
Anybody that have the same problem?

Great work by Teaspeak Team.
Regards

First thank you :)
I have some question to categorize your behavior:

Well does the music bots playing any music?
How long had the bots played?
Which actions does the bot perform?
e.g.
- Channel Edit
- Text Message send
- Description edit
- etc.
Is anybody listen to these bots?
Have you every compared this slight increase with a TeaSpeak internal music bot?

No problem. Always here to help and give the real merit!

Well does the music bots playing any music?
Yes, always playing music.

How long had the bots played?
24/7

Which actions does the bot perform?
- Text Message to the channel with music names.
- Description edit with music names.

Is anybody listen to these bots?
No. Not always. 2 hours a day ;)

Have you every compared this slight increase with a TeaSpeak internal music bot?
I do not remember well the last time i tested it.
Cause last time i've used the internal musicbot (+-6months), the teaspeak ram consumption was bigger.
I usually use a lot of sinusbots for some community servers, and memory really increases day by day in
teaspeak servers with sinusbot inside.

Debian 9 64bits
SinusBot MusicBots not installed in same machines of the TeaSpeak servers.

Thanks to help ;)

Hmm well I may have just to test it out.
The interesting thing there is if there is a memory leak or does the memory just stream and don't actually uses more memory.
May execute the command meminfo and Compare the result to the result after 2 days :)
This would help out a littlebit :)

Long time ago when i was using Tea*Speak i had sompting like 20 Tea*Speak server each with sinusbot 2 instance, and to be onest, sinusbot is an resource eater, it eat truly a lot, 20 sinusbot on 24cpus server with 32gb ram was making the load on the server 20% truly disapoined of sinusbot.

Even today i use and have i think 3-4 vps with teaspeak and sinusbot but i`m telinging you sinusbot love resources, verry high usage, teaspeak no but sinusbot yea and making massive load and the entire server works like rubish

The problem isn't from Sinusbot my friend.
Test it with "Tea*Speak" for 2 weeks (2 machines, one to Tea*Speak, other to SinusBots)
and you will see that everything is fine and no ram/cpu problem in Tea*Speak machine!
If you use it with TeaSpeak, the teaspeak server ram will not stop growing xD
So it's simple to know that the problem it isn't from Sinusbot.

yes. i am.
I've been using sinusbot for like the last 2 years.
Not having problems in sinusbot server machine for months. (using last sinusbot version)

In my case, the only problem i have in teaspeak is just if using sinus
musicbot inside virtual voice server (and sinusbots aren't installed inside the same machine as teaspeak server).
If i do not use Sinusbot, i've no teaspeak server ram consumption problems, tested too.

Sometimes i restart the Sinus musicbot and the teaspeak server ram consumption drops immediately xD

I dont know what to say, i got an hosting company for 5 years and from testings we made me and all my colegs sinusbot is a truly pain in the *** regarding usage consuming. When you start it is all ok after 7 days massive load and usage.

What teaspeak version do you use ? latest ? i had this problem with the ram on version 1.27

yes, i'm always updating to the last version. (Teaspeak and SinusBots)
I'm running a company too and for now it's ok with sinusbot server machines.
(better consumption in dedicated servers intead of vps).

Ive been seeing some "useless" updates..
Sinusbot ram consumption solution coming when? (This one really is important, not garbage...)
If the problem are the bots, just ask me for. i can connect a lot of SinusBots in any server to test / solve ram consumption problem.

Good news :p
"Useless" - speaking about the "ram fragmentation" point.
Not useless in general. sorry about that... you know i love teaspeak project ;)

I have problem with memory too.
My VPS has 4GB of memory, only 60 users online.
Sometimes they fall for lack of memory, teaspeak expel all at once.
Version: Linux x64 | 1.2.34-beta-1

This is a long-standing problem, especially observed in high online (300-500 users). Also, with high online often and briefly increase ping .

With large amounts of users I understand, but with only 60 users, consuming 4GB of memory is complicated.
And by chance, does anyone know a solution?
