I know you have to nullroot the TS3 blacklist.

Basically TeaSpeak ist blacklisted. That's just my own server address

You should edit your Windows host file, and authorize only connection from a certain IP (you could use 0.0.0.0 or 127.0.0.1 to be sure no external connections are made except from the local machine / meaningless ip...).
Just Google it "windows block connection from host file".

Nope,
The only effect is that you don't get the black/greylisted message anymore.
