Use the first one... but i can garantee 99% that your problem
will persist if the sinusbots are installed / executed on the same machine

is a SURE than a single core vps cannot handle your processes
you need more powerfull vps
and CORES is not the only things you need
a 2 core server can be more powerfull than a 6 core server if they have limitation on cores
ask your provider how much MHZ he is providing to you by total cpu cores
