Pending Time out when turning off/on VPN

Hi when I want to turn off/on vpn I'll get connection lost then I'll connected agian after 5sec
please fix it

Well in general it should work.
I've explicitly implemented that somewhen within 1.3.X.
Do you may have a trace log for me?
