Native Client TSN RANKSYSTEM HELP

my rank system is no longer updating alone it is running server, more when new clients enter it is not giving the time tag online it started after

I know it's an old thread, but I think I know his problem.
Just installed TSN rank system.
The installation went through so far and I was able to connect the bot on TeaSpeak.
But it does not find a value:

This leads to the interface not starting completely and the main functions of it not running.

However, user times are already recorded once. I just can't read and assign server groups.
