Completed Users report that whisper is crashing

Some users are reporting to me that the whisper is causing lag in the voices of whoever sends or who receives the whisper are crashing making the whisper unusable.

Is it something related to the version or some configuration?

I currently use this configuration on this server.

This machine is virtualized in KVM

8GB of DDR4 RAM
6 CPU cores i7 7700k 4.2Ghz
120GB SSD

I have about 80 servers in this vps, and an average of 700 users online. http://prntscr.com/mftlku

I use the optimized version and I'm also using this configuration that you passed. I want to even thank because after that this configuration my use of cpu fell by half.

Hmm well yeah may the voice whisper get a littlebit disturbed when a lot of clients are within one channel.
Actiually I've improved that (a slight bit) in the 1.3.6 again (but this isnt stable yet I heard, because I changes a lot of fundamental things)

Whisper performance should be improved in version 1.3.16b (build 1)
