As I said above, this is not the reason.
Try connecting to the server using TeaWeb or TeaClient.
If this does not work, please attach the trace log.

You can enable the trace log in the server configuration file, namely in config.yml

i jsut cant connect, my server in virtual machine on vmware workstation!
