Server Web Panel problem

Hello friends, I can't log in to the ts3 web panel I downloaded from the internet. Everything is correct but it gives this error. How can I solve this?

Error in connect() on line 3914: host isn't a ts3 instance!
Error in login() on line 2306: script isn't connected to server

Note: VDS Server is connected to Web hosting but the same problem still persists, does anyone know what is causing it?

It gives such an error because it is organized according to teamspeak3 server, it should be organized according to teaspeak.

I can't help you because I don't have the codes of the panel.

That means the panel isn’t actually reaching your Tea*Speak server.

Most of the time it’s just:

• Wrong port (needs 10011, not 9987)
• Firewall blocking ServerQuery
• Using the domain instead of the real VPS IP

Once ServerQuery is reachable, that error goes away.
