So the protocol is still the same which means basically yes .

Tea*Speak 5 is just a client and no server side ( i asked the Tea*Speak directly to ensure this is true)

so yes this will work for ts5

Never say it will work.
Tea*Speak can change a lot forcing a client and server update for Tea*Speak 3 and Tea*Speak 5.
But its very probably that it work.
