Server <18:14:29> Disconnected from server (undefined error)

network 10g

All clients (both users and bots) sometimes disconnect and reconnect within 2 seconds
Sometimes clients immediately lose connection again and encounter this error
Disconnected from server (undefined error)

I also had the same problem in version 1.4.21-beta3

pls fix this issue
and Make TeaSpeak very stable and consistent.
