there are no settings all commands can be shown whit .mbot on your server

can i disable musicbot?

You can disable it under Server Group > Admin (ServerAdmin e.g) > search on filter: music > remove permission of: b_client_music_create
and ofcourse also delete the permissions on your Template groups.

I can´t install ffmpeg on a ubuntu 14.02 Server. One alternative`?

You need ffmpeg how about upgrading your Ubuntu version ?
