How can i protect myself from a ts3init attack?

You can do so by rate limiting the TS3INIT requests or by fully validating the TS3INIT package chain. You can do it with iptables but I suggest you to use XDP + AF_XDP for faster packet processing and faster packet dropping (with barely affecting the CPU consumption).

Note that if the attack is volumetric, you might consider hiring some DDoS protection such as Path, Voxility... which has protections for such type of attacks.
