Bought Premium - After 24 hours still nothing happened

Hello,

I'm really angry. At 'Account upgrades' site it says: "You would automatically get the premium membership. To get your license you just have to create a post under the category Help/License Request and fill out the form template."

I decided to support TeaSpeak and to buy a premium membership. But the problem is: I didn't received the premium membership AUTOMATICALLY. Then I saw another thread where the same problems happened, there they wrote: "Within 24 hours you'll receive your membership" - still after 24 hours I didnt received anything.

My question now is: Why are you advertising with 'automatically permissions' when it doesn't work?

Hey,
I think I've already wrote you that: The problem is just with the sripe gateway.
In general e.g. with PayPal it works 100% automatically.
