I think the question is not "how to install TeaSpeak on a nat server", the correct question would be "How to redirect ports for a server to work".
You on your servers if you have linux you can use iptables to redirect ports for example.

and forward default Query port to internal teaspeak ip
and forward Default File Transfer port to interl teapseak ip

based on your nat router configuration may be vary

on mikrotik deviced you should do it on NAT section in IP>firewall
